How to order

Getting your pair, step by step

Viveca shoes are made to order in batches. Each batch has a limited number of slots, so every pair gets the attention it deserves. Here’s how it works.

    Browse our designs

    Look through our gallery, Instagram and TikTok to see current and past designs.

  2. 02

    Pick your style

    Choose a design from the current collection or one of our other available designs. Customs are open too.

  3. 03

    Decide your details

    Choose your color combination and size, plus heel height where the design allows.

  4. 04

    Submit the order form

    Fill in the order form while a batch is open. Slots are limited, and batches close once they fill up.

  5. 05

    Wait for confirmation

    We’ll get in touch to confirm your order. The form is still in beta, so message us if you need help.

  6. 06

    Your pair is made

    Your shoes are handmade in Liliw, Laguna, then packed and shipped to you. We ship worldwide.

Before you order

Batches & slots

We open orders in batches with a limited number of pairs. When a batch fills up or its deadline passes, the form closes until the next one. Follow our socials for announcements.

Pricing

Prices depend on the design and heel height. We share each batch’s price range when orders open.

Turnaround

Every pair is handmade, and the shoes need good sunlight to dry properly, so the weather can affect timing.

Shipping

We’re based in Metro Manila, and worldwide shipping is available.

On-hand pairs

Now and then we have ready-made pairs in specific sizes. We announce them on our socials, so send us a message if one catches your eye.
